Beetle Taxis had gotten complaints from users specifically on how difficult it was to use the app. The Beetle Taxis team needed a different user experience and a beautiful user interface that would make the user journey simpler and better.
We had several meetings with the team to understand the mission and vision, as well as the personality and positioning of the brand. We then carried out user experience research with several users, including those who currently use alternative platforms to Beetle Taxis, to better understand the pain points & customer expectations. At the end of our research, it was clear what we needed to achieve;
— Help ride hailers with comfortable transportation experiences.
— Help ride owners earn more on the platform.
— Promote the brand's values by making the user experience easy and pleasant.
